I had such a good time browsing for products and deciding what to put together when building a box! Everything was thoughtfully described and I love the message behind the brand. The order arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged - I did plan on gifting it but ended up keeping it myself, whoops!
I chose the Allotment - sun’s out box as a small gift to say congrats and happy birthday to some friends who just bought a house. The box had the perfect mix of products and looked so beautiful. The card was such an added plus and made it even more personal. They loved it and it even prompted them to start some gardening! I will definitely buy from here again in the future :)
I chose a Build-your-own gift box for my friend's 40th birthday and it was so hard to choose between all the lovely items! What a great selection and all the items seemed to work with each other so well, no matter what you chose. The hand-written card is a nice touch and I even asked if I could have a message written on the outside of the box so it wasn't opened before the birthday date which they were very happy to do. I will definitely buy gifts from here again in future.
Gift giving is actually one of my greatest joys to the point it is probably a love language (something Micaela also shares). ThatCounts boxes have become the staple way for me to bring delight to my membership clients as well as my loved ones. The ability to choose something curated already or build my own super-personalised and specific box makes ordering the simple choice. I reached out to Micaela on instagram to note that I need to send over 10 boxes and she seamlessly provided an invoice and a spreadsheet to make the process even easier for me. This kind of customer experience is invaluable to me especially as I have future orders on the horizon of even more but also will continue to order the one-offs as meaningful gifts to those near and dear or indeed far (thanks to covid) and dear!
I ordered a “Work from Home” box and also curated my own and both recipients loved them. Really easy to use the site and such timely delivery updates - will definitely use again in the future :)
I loved being able to curate a gift for a special friend using the build a box option. With the efficient flow of commerce and payment, I could get it done quickly but thoughtfully.
